Dirk has lightly aged amber and black glass eyes and wears hand knitted green trousers. Loose threads hang from his nose and hand paw while his left ear and right ankle have 'stitched repairs'.

Willem has black shoe button eyes and extra- worn linen pads. He is stitched down his front seam and wears an aged silk ribbon.

All three bears are made of mohair, which Anjo has shaved bald and aged extensively. They are softly filled with wood shavings, with mineral granules added for weight.
